Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal information systems to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to meet FISMA compliance standards.
- Conduct system upgrades, patch management, and hardware diagnostics.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and federal agencies.
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret security clearance is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Expertise in network architecture, virtualization (VMware), and cloud services (Azure).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
