Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including servers, networks, and cybersecurity infrastructure
- Implement security protocols to protect veteran data and ensure compliance with FISMA standards
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve complex IT issues
- Document system configurations and maintain accurate IT asset inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience with federal system exposure
- Active Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Strong problem-solving skills and federal compliance knowledge
