Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale healthcare datasets to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Develop automated reporting dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, FISMA, and other federal data regulations
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams to standardize data collection methodologies
- Present findings to senior leadership through executive briefings and visualizations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Public Health, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years experience in federal data analysis or healthcare analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, R, and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Expert knowledge of federal data privacy regulations (HIPAA, FISMA)
- Tableau or Power BI certification
- Experience with EHR systems (EPIC, Cerner) a plus
- Active government security clearance required
