Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain secure federal IT systems and network infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols compliant with NIST and FISMA standards
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for 500+ federal employees
- Oversee cloud migration projects using AWS GovCloud
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular audits
- Coordinate with cross-agency teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Train staff on cybersecurity best practices and new technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security Clearance (or ability to obtain Top Secret clearance)
- CompTIA Security+ and CISSP certifications required
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and enterprise networking
- Experience with FedRAMP-compliant cloud environments
- Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex systems
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations (FAR)
