Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure, databases, and security protocols
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive government data and comply with FISMA standards
- Provide technical support to federal employees, troubleshooting hardware/software issues
- Coordinate IT projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timely delivery
- Develop documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on technology initiatives
- Stay current with evolving federal IT regulations and best practices
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive IT experience with federal systems
- Active Security+ CE certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
- Proficiency in network administration, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks
- Experience with federal IT compliance standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
