Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support to federal employees across multiple agencies
- Develop and maintain documentation for IT systems and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and compliance
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure adherence to federal IT regulations and FISMA standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain one)
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification preferred
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and AWS/Azure
- Experience with federal IT compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- US citizenship required
