Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain agency network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal data systems
- Provide technical support for cloud-based applications and virtual environments
- Develop disaster recovery plans and conduct regular system audits
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Document system configurations and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in network administration and cybersecurity
- Active security clearance (or ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
