Responsibilities
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of federal IT infrastructure systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Implement and enforce rigorous cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures in compliance with federal standards.
- Conduct comprehensive system audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain compliance with FISMA and other regulations.
- Provide expert technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to internal federal stakeholders and agency personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and incident reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT roles, preferably within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in ITIL frameworks, Agile methodologies, and federal acquisition regulations.
- Strong knowledge of networking, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
