Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and troubleshoot complex federal IT systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols and compliance standards (NIST, FISMA) in accordance with federal regulations.
- Provide technical support and training to federal employees regarding hardware, software, and network resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to modernize legacy systems and integrate new technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues before they impact operations.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited university.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience in IT systems administration or network engineering.
- Certifications: Preferred certifications include CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or equivalent federal IT certifications.
- Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and virtualization technologies.
