Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, networks, and security protocols
- Provide remote technical support to federal agencies across the U.S.
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and other federal cybersecurity standards
- Implement and monitor cloud infrastructure solutions (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and projects
- Document IT procedures and create technical documentation

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
