Responsibilities
- Manage and support federal IT infrastructure and systems in strict accordance with compliance standards and protocols.
- Conduct regular security assessments and ensure all data protection measures are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement software solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical troubleshooting and expert support to internal stakeholders and federal clients.
- Prepare detailed reports on system performance, security audits, and project milestones.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for federal roles.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and federal compliance regulations (FISMA, NIST).
