Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure including virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud services (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise applications and network systems
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises
- Document system configurations, processes, and security policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT modernization initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management
- Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance upon hire
- Valid California driver's license (may require occasional on-site visits)
