Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and system hardware/software.
- Provide 24/7 night shift technical support to federal personnel and internal stakeholders.
- Perform routine security assessments and patch management to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and system configurations in the knowledge base.
- Respond to help desk tickets and emergency outages with urgency and precision.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, and network protocols.
- Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one (preferred).
