Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT systems and networks
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement cybersecurity protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for federal agencies in the Midwest region
- Develop disaster recovery plans and business continuity strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration projects
- Ensure compliance with FISMA, NIST, and federal IT standards
- Train federal personnel on IT security best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT systems administration
- Active Security+ CE certification and CISSP preferred
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with federal compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
