Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal government IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
- Provide advanced technical troubleshooting and support to federal personnel across various agencies.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to meet federal compliance standards (FISMA, DIACAP).
- Conduct system audits, risk assessments, and vulnerability scanning.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and incident reports in accordance with federal guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy software updates and hardware solutions.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or the ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 5+ years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Server 2016/2019/2022, Active Directory, and Citrix Virtual Apps.
- Strong understanding of network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interfacing with government stakeholders.
