- Manage and maintain federal information systems and networks to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Configure and troubleshoot hardware and software for federal agency personnel.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols and data privacy regulations.

- Provide technical support and training to government staff regarding IT systems.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal positions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and federal IT frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government background check.
