Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain secure federal IT infrastructure systems.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and system diagnostics to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Manage network security protocols and ensure compliance with federal standards (NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical support and training to federal staff regarding new software and hardware.
- Document all system changes, configurations, and incidents accurately.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities.
Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, Cisco networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Certifications: ITIL v4 or Security+ certification is highly preferred.
- Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Fort Worth, TX.
