Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for federal agency systems and networks.
- Manage and secure network infrastructure, endpoints, and cloud environments.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, NIST standards, and ITIL frameworks.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex hardware, software, and communication systems.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve IT workflows and user experience.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Clearance or willingness to undergo a background investigation.
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field (Bachelor's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in federal, defense, or government contracting environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Windows Server.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a high-security setting.
