Responsibilities
- Manage and secure federal networks and systems, ensuring 24/7 operational integrity.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for weekend shifts and emergency situations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade legacy systems and improve IT infrastructure.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST security frameworks.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance regulations (FISMA, NIST).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently during weekends.
- Proficiency in Linux, Windows Server, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
