Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain federal network infrastructure, servers, and workstations during scheduled weekend maintenance windows.

- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve hardware or software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
- Conduct regular security audits and data backups to protect sensitive federal information.
- Document all technical procedures, maintenance logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with government stakeholders to identify technical requirements and implement effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts, including holidays, with a high degree of reliability.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret) is a plus.
