Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal agency employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues on weekends.
- Manage and maintain Help Desk ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) to ensure rapid response times.
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment and end-user devices in compliance with federal security standards.
- Conduct security audits and patch management to ensure system integrity.
- Collaborate with the on-site team to resolve complex IT infrastructure issues.
Qualifications
- Active Secret Security Clearance or eligibility to obtain one.
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and basic network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as required.
