Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support agency objectives and policy formulation.
- Develop and maintain data visualization dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and data privacy standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement technical solutions.
- Conduct quality assurance testing on data models and reporting systems to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation and reports for senior management and legislative bodies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Public Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a related technical role within a government or large-scale corporate environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes and regulatory frameworks.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background check and security clearance.
