Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for classified government platforms
- Implement cybersecurity measures in compliance with NIST standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and compliance audits
- Document all technical procedures and incident reports
- Train junior staff on federal IT regulations
Qualifications
- Active Secret security clearance (Top Secret preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience with federal IT systems (FedRAMP compliance)
- Certifications: Security+ CISSP or CompTIA Security+
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms
- Experience with ITIL frameworks and incident management
- Ability to work in a government-controlled facility
