Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Certification such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA is highly preferred.
- Experience with federal government IT systems and security compliance (e.g., FISMA).
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, cloud computing, and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- U.S. Citizenship required for federal employment.
