Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage system operations, provide technical support to federal stakeholders, and ensure compliance with strict government regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain federal agency network infrastructure and hardware.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex IT issues.
- Ensure compliance with NIST security standards and federal IT policies.
- Conduct regular system audits and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new software solutions.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate system logs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or eligibility to obtain).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity protocols and data protection.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
