- Conduct regular system maintenance, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs.
- Assist in the implementation and deployment of new federal software solutions.
- Document technical issues and resolutions for the internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiency.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
- Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and networking protocols.
- Experience with government IT frameworks and security compliance standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing interactions.
