Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support (Tier 2/3) to federal agency personnel, resolving hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
  • Configure, deploy, and manage end-user devices, including laptops, smartphones, and peripherals, ensuring full compliance with federal IT security standards.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Local Area Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN), ensuring high availability and performance.

Qualifications
