Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for federal agency hardware and software systems.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security access within the federal network.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network connectivity and hardware issues.
- Ensure compliance with federal IT security standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical support tickets and resolutions.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Experience with federal compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST) is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to obtain or hold a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented mindset.
