Responsibilities

- Provide Level 3 technical support and resolve complex hardware/software issues.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or Cisco CCNA preferred.
- Proven experience working with federal or state government systems.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
