Responsibilities
- Conduct System Analysis: Gather, document, and analyze complex business requirements to design and implement effective technical solutions.
- Project Management: Lead medium-to-large scale IT projects from conception through deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as the primary point of contact for government clients, facilitating clear communication between technical staff and non-technical audiences.
- System Optimization: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and implement upgrades to ensure data integrity and security.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency within the government framework.
- Documentation: Create detailed technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, user manuals, and technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within a government or large-scale enterprise environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Java, Python, and experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and database management.
- Certifications: PMP, TOGAF, or ITIL v4 certification is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon into business value.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
