Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to federal agency employees via phone, email, and remote access tools.
  • Manage and maintain IT hardware, peripherals, and software installations.
  • Ensure strict compliance with federal security protocols, FISMA regulations, and NIST standards.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues.

Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
