Responsibilities
- Manage, configure, and troubleshoot local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols to comply with federal standards (NIST/FISMA).
- Monitor system performance and perform routine hardware and software upgrades.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal staff and federal stakeholders.
- Conduct regular system audits and vulnerability assessments to ensure data integrity.
- Document all system configurations, changes, and incident reports accurately.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance preferred.
- Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Linux environments.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Network+, or CCNA required.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, VPNs, and firewall management.
- Ability to obtain a government background investigation clearance.
