Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain critical IT systems for state agencies, ensuring 99.9% uptime.
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze technical requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct system audits and performance monitoring to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior IT staff members.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state IT policies and regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in a government or enterprise IT environment.
- Strong knowledge of network security, cloud computing, and database management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Ability to pass a Level II background investigation and drug screen.
