Responsibilities
- Manage and support the end-to-end lifecycle of federal IT systems and infrastructure projects within the Boston area.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including FISMA, NIST, and HIPAA, maintaining the highest standards of data security.
- Collaborate directly with agency stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored technical solutions.
- Conduct system audits and perform vulnerability assessments to mitigate cybersecurity risks.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and support staff.
- Document technical processes and prepare detailed reports for senior leadership and auditors.
- Participate in agile development sprints and continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret or Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience working in a federal or government contracting environment.
- Deep understanding of ITIL framework and federal IT governance structures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or C# for scripting and automation tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for translating technical jargon for non-technical audiences.
- Professional certification such as PMP, CISSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus.
