Responsibilities
- Conduct system analysis and design for federal clients to support modernization initiatives.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
- Ensure all solutions comply with strict federal regulations, security standards, and FedRAMP requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and subject matter experts.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including architecture diagrams, test plans, and technical reports.
- Support system upgrades and maintenance to ensure high availability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT systems analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one within 12 months).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
