Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux server environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure and security protocols.
- Perform system backups, patch management, and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide advanced technical support and training to government staff.
- Document system configurations and procedures.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on IT upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems administration or a related IT role.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or MCSA are highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, PowerShell, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
