We are looking for a proactive professional to manage system analysis and improve our IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed requirements analysis, documentation, and validation of complex system requirements and user needs.
- Design, develop, and implement technical solutions to improve system performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, stakeholders, and project managers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Perform system troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and security to ensure compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior staff members and end-users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or IT support.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# and database systems (SQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
