Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee federal grant applications and compliance reporting.
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects to ensure adherence to federal regulations.
- Process payroll and benefits administration for federal personnel.
- Prepare high-level briefing materials and correspondence for senior agency officials.
- Conduct internal audits and risk assessments on agency operations.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new federal staff members.
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with federal privacy and data laws.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for Federal employment.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
- Proven experience in government, public sector, or large-scale administrative roles.
- Deep understanding of federal pension plans and retirement systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and federal case management software.
