Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal inventory using WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ensure 100% accuracy in stock counts.
- Coordinate and oversee the secure transportation and delivery of classified and unclassified materials to federal facilities.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal safety regulations, OSHA standards, and agency-specific security protocols.
- Prepare and maintain detailed daily logs and reports for federal oversight audits.
- Collaborate with security teams to screen personnel and verify credentials before access to restricted areas.
- Perform daily equipment checks and preventative maintenance on logistics vehicles and storage units.
- Assist in the organization of federal supply warehouses to maximize efficiency and safety.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
- Current Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or federal support services.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screening.
- Must be a US Citizen and eligible for government work.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in warehouse environments.
