Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and distribution of military-grade equipment across 15+ naval installations
- Implement JIT inventory systems reducing stockouts by 30%
- Manage $5M+ annual equipment budgets with zero variance tolerance
- Ensure compliance with DFARS and FAR regulations for all transactions
- Lead cross-functional teams during emergency deployment operations
- Analyze logistics data using SAP and GSA Advantage platforms
- Develop contingency plans for supply chain disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
- 3+ years federal procurement or military logistics experience
- Active Secret security clearance (ability to obtain Top Secret)
- Certified Federal Acquisition Professional (CFAP) or DAWIA certification
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and GSA Advantage systems
- Demonstrated experience with JIT inventory management
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government-issued security clearance
