Responsibilities
- Manage and track federal inventory and supply chain operations to ensure 100% compliance with government regulations.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verifying accuracy of shipments against purchase orders.
- Update and maintain accurate digital logs and records for all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff, vendors, and federal clients to resolve logistical discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation required for federal audits and inspections.
- Ensure a safe and organized work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or federal contract administration.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a background check and security clearance if required.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record are preferred.
