Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage the warehouse management system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Freight Processing: Receive, inspect, and distribute incoming shipments while ensuring compliance with federal handling protocols.
- Weekend Operations: Execute all essential warehouse functions during Saturday and Sunday shifts to maintain continuous operations.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere to OSHA standards, safety regulations, and federal security protocols at all times.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and reports related to material movement and storage.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to qualify for federal roles.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Clearance: Ability to pass a government background investigation and obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
