Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume intake and processing of federal documentation and logistics records.
- Conduct physical inventory audits and coordinate supply chain movements during off-hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal safety regulations, security protocols, and OSHA standards.
- Perform accurate data entry and record management using secure federal databases.
- Communicate effectively with federal agencies and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and delays.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workspace for sensitive materials.
Qualifications
- Must be a United States Citizen and eligible for government security clearance.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Logistics or related field preferred.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or administrative support is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
