Responsibilities
- Analyze complex VA programs to identify inefficiencies and recommend evidence-based improvements
- Develop and implement performance metrics aligned with federal strategic objectives
- Prepare detailed reports and briefings for senior leadership on program effectiveness
- Coordinate interdepartmental initiatives to optimize resource allocation
- Ensure all activities comply with OMB, GAO, and VA regulatory standards
- Lead process reengineering projects to enhance veteran service delivery
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years analyzing federal programs or public sector operations
- Proficiency in performance measurement frameworks (e.g., GPRA, PART)
- Expert knowledge of federal procurement and grant regulations (FAR, 2 CFR)
- Advanced data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
