Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for federal agency inquiries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Perform high-speed data entry and document verification to ensure strict compliance with federal protocols.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate matters to senior staff when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve night shift workflows and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and security clearance requirements at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or federal contracting environments is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to de-escalate difficult situations.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new database systems quickly.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and obtain necessary security clearances.
