Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Monitor and maintain federal systems and databases during night shift operations to ensure continuous service availability.
- Data Management: Accurately process and verify sensitive federal documents, reports, and data entries with high attention to detail.
- Security Compliance: Adhere to strict federal security protocols, background check requirements, and facility access guidelines.
- Shift Coordination: Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless handovers and operational continuity.

Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess (or be willing to obtain) the required government security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or federal operations.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and federal information systems.
