Responsibilities
- Monitor and Control: Oversee facility security systems and access control logs during the night shift to ensure strict compliance with federal safety regulations.
- Data Entry & Processing: Accurately input and verify high-volume administrative data, ensuring all records are up-to-date and audit-ready.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to night alarms, facility maintenance requests, and security alerts with professional discretion and urgency.
- Coordination: Liaise with day-shift supervisors and external vendors to ensure a smooth transition of duties and resource allocation.
- Compliance Auditing: Conduct routine spot checks to verify adherence to federal policies and internal operational procedures.
- Communication: Maintain clear, professional communication channels with team members and command centers throughout the night.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Security Clearance.
- Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends as required by federal scheduling needs.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or Criminal Justice is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in security, logistics, or administrative support roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary federal software quickly.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
