Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage weekend operational workflows for federal government contracts.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, OPM regulations, and agency security protocols.
- Monitor federal system logs and perform routine maintenance or troubleshooting during off-hours.
- Collaborate directly with federal agency personnel to resolve critical issues and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate, detailed records of all weekend activities, incidents, and compliance documentation.
- Provide on-call emergency support for urgent federal system alerts and security breaches.
- Conduct audits and quality assurance checks on federal data processing.
Qualifications
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess the ability to obtain a favorable background investigation/security clearance.
- Previous experience working in a federal, government-contracted, or military support environment is required.
- Strong understanding of Federal Human Resources policies, OPM regulations, and government acquisition processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to write clear technical reports.
- Ability to work rotating weekends and holidays as required by the federal schedule.
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or a related technical field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
