Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming federal correspondence, emails, and requests with high attention to detail.
- Prepare, compile, and edit official documents, reports, and presentations for government agencies.
- Coordinate schedules for federal officials and schedule meeting rooms for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems in compliance with federal regulations.
- Assist in the processing of personnel and procurement paperwork within the agency.
- Conduct research on federal policies and regulatory changes to ensure operational compliance.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal employees and the public.
Qualifications
- US Citizenship is required for this federal role.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and government-specific software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to government security protocols.
- Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule (20-30 hours per week).
