Responsibilities
- Manage veteran benefit inquiries and documentation processing
- Coordinate scheduling for medical appointments and consultations
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) in VA systems
- Assist with veterans' eligibility verification for federal programs
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran community engagement
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- 1+ years administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and VA databases
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal background clearance
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with veteran services preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours weekly with flexible scheduling
